CHAMBER MUSIC ACCOMMODATION
from Sunday, July 25 through Sunday, August 8, 2010 |

Active participants |
|
- Standard accommodation is a students hostel, about a 10 minutes walking distance from the Music School,
accommodating 2 people per room, 2 rooms sharing bathroom,
breakfast included in the accommodation fee.
- If no accommodation is requested, a discount of 210 € will be
deducted from the price of the course.
- This discount cannot be required by Czech participants.

Passive participants |
|
- Standard accommodation is three stars hotel, double bed room, about
a 5 minute walking distance from the Music School, breakfast included in the accommodation fee.
- If no accommodation is requested, a discount 280 € (140 € for
one week participants) will be deducted from the price of the course.
- This discount cannot be required by Czech participants.

|
Active participants requesting accommodation upgrade have the following
options during the course:
- Hostel accommodation in single room for +5 € person / night =
70 € /
stay;
- Hotel accommodation in three bed room for +10 € person / night
= 140 € / stay;
- Hotel double bed room for +20 € person / night = 280 € /
stay;
- Hotel single bed room for +40 € / night = 560 € / stay.

Passive participants |
|
Passive participants requesting accommodation upgrade have the following option during the course:
- Single room for +20 € / night = 280 € / stay;
- Three bed room accommodation discount -5 € / night = -70 € (-35 € for
one week participants);
- Students hostel accommodation discount -12 € / night = -168 € (-84 € for
one week participants).

SOLO MASTERCLASSES ACCOMMODATION

Participants standard accommodation is three stars hotel, at
a walking distance from the Music School, 3 beds room.
- If no accommodation is requested, a discount of 120 € will be
deducted from the price of the course.
- This discount cannot be required by Czech participants.

ACCOMMODATION UPGRADE POSSIBILITIES DURING SOLO MASTERCLASS

Active and passive participants |
|
Participants requesting accommodation upgrade during the solo course:
- Hotel double room is upgrade price +10 € per day = 80 € per stay;
- Hotel single room upgrade price +20 € per day = 160 € per
stay.

ACCOMMODATION PRICES OUTSIDE OF THE COURSE
Before the festival (July 16 for solo, 22 - 24, 2010
for chamber participants) and/or after the festival (August 9 - 10, 2010) |

AMEROPA will offer help to participants who arrive early or leave later with booking
accommodation based upon availability of a bed and breakfast: |

- Chamber courses - Hostel double bed room 18 € / night;
- Chamber courses - Hostel single room 23 € / night;
- Hotel 3- or 4- bed room 28 € / night;
- Hotel double bed room 38 € / night;
- Hotel single room 58 € / night.

- Early reservations are essential to guarantee a room - AMEROPA
cannot help you find rooms without advance notice.
- Later reservations during high season may result in higher prices.
- Hotel rooms at the above prices are based upon availability and are subject
to change. Exact hotel prices will be given when you make your reservation.
- Check in time is usually at 2 pm, check out time is 11 am. If you need to be accommodated earlier then 2 pm or leave hotel
room after 11 am, you should pay extra night.
- Your luggages is possible to leave in hotel if your transportation is in another hours.
- Ameropa doesn't not cover breakfast in the first day of accommoddation.
